What we collect

Enquiry forms may include name, email, phone, plant location, engagement interest, and message content. During work we may process business contact details of your staff and, where necessary for safety, visitor records. We do not seek special-category personal data through the website.

Purposes and legal bases

We use enquiry data to respond to requests and prepare quotes (legitimate interests and pre-contract steps). Engagement records support delivery and invoicing (contract). Optional analytics cookies run only if you accept them (consent).

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept up to 24 months. Contracts, invoices, and engagement packs are retained for seven years to meet accounting and dispute needs, then deleted or anonymised.

Sharing

We use email and hosting providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. Production stoppage datasets stay with the plant unless you ask us to store a copy for the engagement.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside Hong Kong, we seek contractual safeguards appropriate to the destination and the nature of the data.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, and you may object to certain processing. Contact info@toolkithorizon.click. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong.
