Team discussing plans in a bright workshop meeting space

About

Analysts who still walk the aisle

Toolkithorizon grew from production engineering work in Hong Kong light manufacturing — not from a product roadmap.

Why we exist

Too many plants inherit monthly OEE slides that hide the story of a single bad changeover or a parts wait that repeats every Tuesday night. We started Toolkithorizon to give plant managers manufacturing operations analytics grounded in downtime tracking they can defend in a boardroom and explain on the floor.

Where we sit

Our office is at 3b O'Brien Road, Hong Kong, Hong Kong — close enough to Kowloon and New Territories sites for early-shift starts. Engagements are delivered on your premises; the office is where we prepare packs and take calls.

How we approach a plant

  • Listen to supervisors before redrawing any category tree.
  • Prefer handwritten stoppage logs corrected in person over auto-exports nobody trusts.
  • Separate planned work from true losses so maintenance is not blamed for every pause.
  • Leave ownership with the plant — charts and boards that run without us in the room.

Who you will meet

Engagements are led by practitioners with backgrounds in production engineering and industrial maintenance facilitation. We introduce the named lead before the first visit so your team knows who will stand beside the line.
